Roadmap
A visual journey of execution, learning, and validation across the next phases.
Phase 1
Building a solid foundation in information technology, including computer systems, networking basics, operating systems, and core security principles. This phase focuses on understanding how modern IT environments work and developing essential problem-solving skills.
This milestone represents the first step in my IT career. I am currently preparing for the CompTIA A+ Core 1 certification, the first of two required exams to obtain the full CompTIA A+ credential—an industry-recognized entry-level certification in IT. My preparation includes both theoretical study and hands-on practice through multiple labs covering key Core 1 topics such as hardware, networking, mobile devices, and troubleshooting. This process is helping me build a solid foundation in IT fundamentals and develop practical problem-solving skills relevant to real-world scenarios.

This milestone focuses on preparing for the CompTIA A+ Core 2 certification, with a strong emphasis on both theoretical knowledge and hands-on practice. The preparation covers key areas such as operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS), system administration, security fundamentals, and troubleshooting. In parallel, practical labs are used to simulate real-world IT scenarios, reinforcing skills in system configuration, command-line usage, and issue resolution. This milestone strengthens my ability to manage and troubleshoot systems in professional environments and represents a significant step toward becoming a job-ready IT support specialist.
